One of the most difficult issues with the Greek language is its complex Grammar.
For the english speaking students there is a book "A BASIC GRAMMAR OF MODERN GREEK" available here: http://www.bibliagora.co.uk/promo.php?mt=27

Also, for German, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Albanian, Polish and many other languages, there is the Modern Greek Grammar by Manolis Triandaphyllides (tranlsated from greek).
